Beasiswa VDMS 2021 – 2022 (Mahasiswa D3, S1)

Bagi Anda yang berstatus mahasiswa D3 atau pun S1, ini salah satu beasiswa dalam negeri yang sedang dibuka. Van Deventer-Maas Stichting (VDMS) Scholarship. Beasiswa untuk mahasiswa D3 dan S1 ini cukup rutin ditawarkan, terutama bagi universitas dan perguruan tinggi mitra VDMS. Ada sekitar 33 perguruan tinggi mitra beasiswa VDMS. Misalnya saja UGM, ITB, IPB, ITS, Unpad, Unair, Unand, USU, Unnes, dll.

Beasiswa VDMS atau disebut juga Beasiswa YVDMI memang cukup rutin ditawarkan. Yang menarik dari beasiswa ini adalah beasiswa diberikan hingga akhir masa studi sesuai standar pendidikan. Kecuali memang jika tidak mampu mempertahankan prestasi (IPK kurang dari 3.00), serta tidak mengkonfirmasi  penerimaan  dana dan tidak memberikan laporan sama sekali dalam periode tertentu, beasiswa bisa dihentikan. 

Apa saja yang didapatkan dari beasiswa VDMS 2021 – 2022? Penerima beasiswa akan memperoleh dana pendidikan sebesar Rp. 650.000 setiap bulan yang dibayarkan ke rekening pribadi, kemudian diberikan satu kali Bonus TOEFL (jika ada) sebesar Rp. 381.000 dan Bonus Lulus Tepat Waktu (S1 sebesar Rp. 650.000,- dan D3 sebesar Rp. 550.000), serta mendapatkan pelatihan pengembangan kapasitas pribadi (Capacity Building) melalui proses seleksi – yang semua biaya pelatihan ditanggung oleh Yayasan Van Deventer-Maas Indonesia. 

Persyaratan: 1. Mahasiswa S1 dan D4 tahun ke 1 – 3 dan mahasiswa D3 tahun ke 1 – 22. Usia maksimal 27 tahun3. Berasal dari keluarga ekonomi tidak mampu (dibuktikan dengan SKTM dan atau Surat rekomendasi dari pihak kampus yang menyatakan kondisi keuangan/kemampuan ekonomi mahasiswa yang bersangkutan)4. IPK ≥ 3.005. Jurusan: Pertanian, Perikanan, Peternakan, Arsitektur, Seni dan Budaya, Biologi, Kimia, Matematika, Fisika, Komunikasi, Ekonomi, Pendidikan, Teknik, Bahasa, Manajemen, Kehutanan, Geografi, Kesehatan/Kedokteran, Sejarah, Informatika, Statistik, dll (kecuali Hukum, Ilmu Politik, Hubungan Internasional, Ilmu Administrasi Negara, Agama, dan Teologi)6. Aktif berorganisasi atau di komunitas diutamakan
7. Fasih berbahasa Inggris diutamakan
8. Tidak sedang menerima beasiswa lain

Dokumen aplikasi: 
1. List of required document (Unduh) 2. (Diutamakan) Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu (SKTM)/ Surat Keterangan Kondisi Ekonomi yang dikeluarkan oleh Kelurahan atau Surat rekomendasi/referensi yang menerangkan kondisi ekonomi Anda dari Universitas (Rektor/ Dekan/Ketua Program Studi)
3. Slip gaji resmi orangtua/wali dari institusi pemerintah atau swasta  (apabila kedua orangtua/wali bekerja, HARAP melampirkan slip gaji keduanya, maksimum 2 bulan terakhir) atau Surat Keterangan Pekerjaan dan penghasilan orang tua/wali, yang ditandatangani oleh orangtua/wali mahasiswa yang bersangkutan (di atas meterai)  dan disahkan oleh pihak Kelurahan.4. Transkrip terakhir dengan nilai IPK terbaru5. Fotokopi KTP6. Fotokopi Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa (KTM)
7. Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (KK)
8. Fotokopi halaman depan buku bank atas nama mahasiswa sendiri
9. Fotokopi Tagihan listrik atau telepon rumah domisili (maksimal 2 bulan terakhir)
10. Essai dalam bahasa Inggris yang menerangkan:
      – mengenai Anda sendiri, keluarga, studi, kegiatan keorganisasian dan prestasi Anda (jika ada).
      – mengapa VDMI harus memilih Anda untuk mendapatkan beasiswa?
      – apa yang Anda harapkan apabila Anda terpilih menjadi penerima beasiswa VDMS?
      – apa yang Anda dapat berikan kepada lingkungan dan masyarakat setelah Anda selesai menerima beasiswa dan lulus kuliah?
(Minimum 1,5 halaman A4, Font: Palatino Linotype, Ukuran 11, Spasi 1).

Pendaftaran: Sebelum mengajukan beasiswa, pastikan bahwa universitas Anda masuk Daftar Mitra beasiswa VDMS. Jika tertera, selanjutnya lakukan beberapa tahapan berikut untuk mengajukan beasiswa. 
Pertama, pelamar mendaftar terlebih dahulu secara online di website VDMS (tersedia hanya pada jam kerja).

Masukkan email aktif yang digunakan, selanjutnya lengkapi formulir yang harus diisi secara online tersebut. Apabila telah diisi dengan data yang benar, silahkan centang (√) pada “Iagree to provide required documents“ kemudian klik SUBMIT. Kemudian isi form checklist dokument dengan klik link yang telah diinformasikan melalui email atau laman submit Anda. Pastikan form checklist dokumen diisi pada hari yang sama saat Anda mendaftar karena data akan disinkronkan secara otomatis. Setelah rampung, periksa email, apakah Anda mendapatkan pesan untuk melanjutkan ke tahap ke 2. Pelamar  yang  lolos  pada  tahap  pertama  akan  mendapat  email  pemberitahuan lolos seleksi pertama dan sebuah link. Klik pada link tersebut dan centang pada pernyataan bahwa anda siap melengkapi berkas dan mengumpulkannya ke PIC (person in charge) sebelum deadline.
Kedua, siapkan dokumen aplikasi di atas bersama list required document. Selanjutnya serahkan ke Penanggung Jawab beasiswa VDMS di kampus masing-masing. Nama penanggung jawab tertera di daftar mitra beasiswa VDMS. Pelamar yang lolos dan diterima sebagai penerima beasiswa akan mendapatkan email pemberitahuan lolos seleksi akhir dan sebuah link. Klik link tersebut dan lengkapi data anda dengan benar.

Pendaftaran online Beasiswa VDMS 2021 – 2022 dibuka mulai 10 Februari – 10 Maret 2021. Penyerahan dokumen aplikasi juga bisa ditanyakan langsung ke masing-masing kampus. Harap email dan Nomor kontak HP selalu aktif agar saat pengumuman bisa dihubungi.
