Breaking News! Seleksi CPNS 2022 Akan Kembali Dibuka, Cek Info Formasi CPNS Beserta Seleksi PPPK Guru 2022 Selengkapnya

Seleksi CPNS 2022 akan kembali dibuka kembali oleh pemerintah bersama dengan seleksi PPPK guru 2022. Pada pelaksanaan seleksi CPNS 2022 beserta PPPK ini, pemerintah akan merekrut sebanyak 1.086.128 orang yang terdiri dari CPNS dan PPPK.

Pada tahun ini pemerintah akan membuka 2 jalur penerimaan ASN yakni CPNS dan PPPK, akan tetapi rekrutmen diprioritaskan untuk formasi PPPK.

Hal tersebut sudah disampaikan oleh Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) yang menyatakan bahwa pengadaan calon ASN tahun 2022 difokuskan pada PPPK guru, tenaga kesehatan, dan tenaga lainnya.

Formasi PPPK 2022 akan dibagi menjadi dua kebutuhan yaitu pemerintah pusat sebanyak 93.554 orang dan pemerintah daerah sebanyak 942.257 orang. Lowongan paling besar pada pengadaan PPPK 2022 ini adalah formasi guru yakni untuk pemerintah pusat maupun daerah.

Selain itu, untuk formasi seleksi CPNS 2022 tersebut akan didapatkan dari formasi Sekolah Kedinasan. Berikut rincian formasi untuk rencana pengadaan CPNS dan PPPK 2022 selengkapnya yakni:

1. Sekolah Kedinasan sebanyak 8.941 orang.

2. PPPK Pusat dengan rincian yakni guru sebanyak 45.000 orang, dosen (Kemdikbud/Kemenag) sebanyak 20.000 orang, dokter/tenaga kesehatan (Kemenkes) sebanyak 3.000 orang dan jabatan teknis lainnya sebanyak 25.554 orang.

3. PPPK Daerah dengan rincian yakni guru sebanyak 758.018 orang dan fungsional selain guru sebanyak 184.239 orang.

Selain itu dari sebanyak 925.637 pelamar pada seleksi guru PPPK tahun 2021, terdapat 193.954 orang guru yang telah lulus passing grade akan tetapi belum mendapat formasi. Rekrutmen guru PPPK tahun 2022 akan mengutamakan guru yang telah lulus passing grade di tahun 2021.

Untuk guru yang sudah lulus dan sudah mendapat formasi berjumlah 29.860 orang. Hal tersebut merupakan 58 persen dari jumlah formasi yang diajukan pemerintah daerah yakni sebanyak 506.252 formasi. Hal tersebut telah menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi para calon ASN untuk memperjuangkan agar guru honorer yang telah lulus passing grade bisa mendapatkan formasi tanpa harus melalui tes lagi.

Pada seleksi guru PPPK tahun 2022 maka Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi akan mengeluarkan peraturan yang untuk menggabungkan sisa formasi 2021 dan formasi 2022. Seperti diketahui sebelumnya sisa formasi tahun lalu sejumlah 212.293 formasi sedangkan formasi yang disiapkan tahun ini sebesar 758.018 formasi.

Formasi 758.000 tersebut telah dihitung dimana jumlah tersebut sudah termasuk guru agama, guru seni budaya, termasuk muata lokal, bahasa daerah dan kesenian, guru PJOK, dan guru kelas TK. Namun, dari sebanyak 758.018 formasi yang disiapkan pada tahun 2022 ini, hanya terdapat 17,3 persen formasi yang diajukan pemerintah daerah atau sekitar 131.239 formasi. Selain itu, juga masih ada 191 pemerintah daerah yang belum mengusulkan formasi sama sekali.

Untuk itu, pemerintah tengah mempertimbangkan agar penetapan formasi dilakukan oleh pemerintah pusat sehingga membuat proses lebih ekektif dan efisien dimana diperkirakan total formasi yang tersedia sebesar 970.410 formasi. Untuk tahapan kegiatan rekrutmen CASN yakni sebagai berikut:

1. Finalisasi data kebutuhan CASN yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret.

2. Pembukaan e-formasi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April.

3. Validasi usulan formasi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei.

4. Penetapan kebutuhan yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni.

5. Penyampaian formasi ke K/L dan Pemda yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni.

6. Integrasi data kebutuhan dengan SSCASN yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni.

7. Pengumuman seleksi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli.

8. Pendaftaran SSCASN-BKN yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli.

9. Pelaksanaan seleksi yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli.
