HARGAILAH SEBUAH PROSES YANG BERJALAN

Tahukah anda bahwa kedelai akan tetap menjadi kedelai jika hanya didiamkan saja tanpa diberi perlakuan. Akan tetapi kedelai dapat berubah menjadi makanan atau bahan makanan yang lezat jika melalui sebuah proses. Kedelai bisa berubah menjadi tempe, tahu, kecap manis, bahkan tauco jika melalui sebuah proses fermentasi yang tidak sebentar. Bahkan untuk menjadi bahan makanan seperti tauco, kedelai harus melalui proses kurang lebih selama 15 hari.

Tidak ada yang namanya instan tanpa sebuah proses di dunia ini selain mie instan. Mie instanpun sebenarnya butuh sebuah proses terlebih dahulu sebelum siap disantap.Berbicara tentang proses, jika di atas tadi sedikit gambaran tentang kedelai (hati-hati bukan keledai lho..), lalu bagaimana dengan makhluk yang bernama manusia??

Manusia adalah makhluk Tuhan yang dibekali akal untuk menentukan atau memilih antara yang baik dan yang buruk, dan tentu saja manusia pasti juga melewati sebuah proses (Ingat ! yang boleh instan hanya mie saja), manusia hadir dan hidup di muka bumi melewati berbagai proses yang panjang. Manusia lahir kemudian tumbuh menjadi anak-anak sampai pada akhirnya mati. Sedangkan proses perkembangan dan kehidupan setiap manusia pastilah berbeda, ada yang cepat ada pula yang lambat.

Sebagai guru kita harus mampu melihat setiap muridsecara proporsional. Pengalaman saya ketika mengelola sekolahan dan mengelola kelas, pasti ada saja anak-anak “istimewa” yang memberikan suasana kelas menjadi lebih berwarna. Yang pendiam, yang aktif, yang super aktif, yang masih suka nangis, yang masih harus ditunggui orang tuanya, dan yang lainnya. Setiap tahun pasti ada saja anak-anak istimewa tersebut. Setiap anak memiliki perkembangan yang berbeda beda begitu juga dengan mudah tidaknya beradaptasi terhadap lingkungan baru. Pinginnya sih kalau bisa dapet anak-anak yang siap belajar tanpa harus menunggu proses adaptasi yang pada akhirnya pasti mengganggu proses murid yang lain untuk belajar.

Ketahuilah, sesungguhnya kupu-kupu yang cantik dengan beraneka ragam warna yang indah membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sebentar dan juga dibutuhkan pengorbanan dan perjuangan yang luar biasa. Begitu juga dengan anak anak yang menjadi murid anda. Butuh perjuangan dan kesabaran untuk mendidik dan membimbing mereka. Proses memang harus mereka (murid dan guru) hadapi, hidup tanpa proses pastilah impossible
